Ksenija Krajšek Mahorčič

Chef at Gostilna Mahorčič. Her cooking reflects respect for Karst ingredients, tradition and the people who grow them. She also makes ceramic plates for the restaurant under the Made by Ksenija name.

Martin Mahorčič

Third-level sommelier and fourth-generation member of the Mahorčič family. A chef by training, he curates the wine list and looks for a balance between food, wine and the guest.

Erik Sinkovič

Sous chef at Gostilna Mahorčič. His approach focuses on seasonal ingredients, small growers and modern technique that brings tradition forward rather than hiding it.
